Day 6 lunch.
On day 4 pub closed at 1pm. Today the pub doesnt open till 2 but as we have time in hand we are sitting in the sun waiting 4 it to open in 30 mins. Have walked through the old railway tunnels near Oxenden and again seen this old iron bridge with no steps.
I'm a retired Civil Servant, a volunteer cook for the Tall Ships Youth Trust and a School Governor at Kyson Primary School in Woodbridge. I was married for 33 years and now live close to my daughter and 2 grandchildren, who are the focus and joy of my life. I also love long-distance walking, cycling, gardening, reading, sudoku and too much else to mention. My philosophy on life is the same as my blood group (B+!!)
